Anti-tank missiles fired from Lebanon caused injuries, Israel’s public broadcaster reported. The Israeli military said it had struck several Hezbollah sites in Lebanon.

The Houthi statement said it fired a "new hypersonic ballistic missile" which flew some 1,267 miles in less than 12 minutes. Israeli anti-missile defenses "failed to intercept" the weapon, the statement said. "The Israeli enemy must expect more strikes," the Houthis added.

Yemen ’s Houthis on Sunday claimed a ballistic missile attack that hit the centre of Israel. The attack by the long-range missile sparked a fire but did not cause any direct casualties, according to the Israeli army.
