Bay District saw a significant increase in their rates following the 2023-24 school year. Bay District hit 91.4% in high school graduation rates last school year. Superintendent Mark McQueen says this is largely due to their mindset.

Sarasota County’s class of 2024 achieved a graduation rate of 92.5%, the highest in district history, according to new Department of Education data.

Palm Beach County's high schools have the highest graduation rate of the seven large urban school districts in Florida, followed by Miami-Dade (91.8%), then Pinellas (91.5%), Duval (90.9%), Orange (89.3%), Broward (89%), and Hillsborough at (88%).
