YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Arizona Community Foundation has awarded a $25,000 check to the Cocopah Head Start Program.

A Yuma tattoo artist posted a video of a 9-year-old getting a tattoo, which is legal in Arizona if the parent or guardian of the minor is physically there.
