Honda Cars India launched the third-generation Amaze with petrol-CNG option via dealer-level retrofitting, costing around ₹1 lakh extra. While Honda focuses on petrol, hybrid, and EVs, CNG caters to customer demand.

Customers interested in purchasing an Amaze CNG can directly contact official Honda dealers, who will assist in converting the petrol sedan to CNG. The dealers have partnered with RTO-approved CNG centres for the retrofit process. Honda has assured customers that this conversion will not affect the vehicle’s warranty.

While the third-gen Honda Amaze went on sale recently, the company has confirmed that two variants of the sedan’s second-gen model will continue to be sold alongside its latest iteration – just like how Maruti Suzuki sells two generations of the Dzire.

The all-new Honda Amaze has been launched in India and deliveries are to start in January 2025. The sub-4m sedan has three broad variants on offer: V, VX and ZX.
