Iga Swiatek, the second-ranked tennis player in the world is opening up about the emotional cost of a drug-testing ban.

Iga Swiatek has described being given a one-month ban as the “worst experience of my life” as the tennis world was stunned by another doping case involving one of its most high-profile players. The Pole was ranked world number one when she provided a sample containing the angina medication trimetazidine in an out-of-competition test on August 12.
