The Texas Rangers had three different pitchers receive votes in the first AL Cy Young poll from MLB this season.

Luke Jackson’s save attempt during the Texas Rangers’ win over the Colorado Rockies on Monday was cut short after a line drive comebacker was sent right back at Jackson and struck the relief pitcher in the right arm. Jackson immediately exited the game with Rangers’ athletic trainer Matt Lucero.
