Kenneth Fire initially started 3:34 p.m. Jan. 9 in Los Angeles, Ventura County. It has burned 1,052 acres after being active for 45 hours. By Saturday afternoon, the fire crew succeeded in containing 80% of this fire. The cause of it remains under investigation.

Juan Sierra, 33, who was arrested Thursday on a suspected probation violation, is identified as a 'person of interest' in the Kenneth fire.

The fire started in the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve and pushed toward dense developments in the cities of Calabasas and Agoura. Evacuation orders and warnings were issued for residents in L.A. City and County, and Ventura County.
