The Rwanda Scouts Association is excited to host the 44th World Scout Conference in Kigali, with 173 Scout Associations participating. Since starting in the 1950s, Scouting in Rwanda has grown significantly in how it’s managed, grown, and partnered with others to benefit children and youth.
