Aug 11, 2023 · I've used SecureSpend Visa cards many many times with no issues, beyond the 60 minute wait for them to become active. However the latest card that I purchased is not working with online merchants I've used them with in the past. Also I can't link the card with my PayPal account, something I've done many time in the past.

My salary is almost all cash tips, I like to set aside some of the cash and later load it into a gift card to sort of manage my cash and online shopping.
