Camp Choson is held annually, typically over the Fourth of July week. Resident Camp (grades 7-12) is six days, while Day Camp (grades K-6) is five days.

Day Camp is offered for kids entering Kindergarten through 6th grade for the upcoming school year. Camp Choson’s Day Camp is a 5-day program that goes from Monday - Friday.

Work with other day camp counselors to lead and facilitate camp activities. Time Commitment: In order to provide the campers with consistency, we prefer to have camp counselors who can commit to the full six days; Sunday training from 12PM - 4PM and Preschool Camp is Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 12PM.

Resident Camp focuses on what it is like to be an adolescent growing up in a culturally diverse society and how to balance cultural origins, self-identity, and social acceptance in his or her life as a Korean-American teen.

We thank you for your interest in joining the Camp Choson resident camp counselor team. Res camp focuses on identity and the Korean-American experience through providing a 6-day overnight experience for our middle school and high school-aged campers.

This year, Preschool Camp is free! Camp Choson's Preschool Camp will run Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., with parents expected to pick-up their child for lunch (which will be free for preschoolers).

Counselors are responsible for rides to and from camp during the week of June 29th - July 4th. Group Assignments & Expectations: Day camper groups range from Kindergarten – 6th grade.
