Inspiron black screen, no Dell logo, no BIOS access
Jul 18, 2021 · If the system still does not boot, try a system reset. When you see the Dell logo power off the computer using the power button. Turn it back on & power off again using the power button when you see the Dell logo. Try this for 3-4 times &the system enter the advanced repair options where you can reset the system back to factory settings.

I'm able to get tho the bios or one time boot menu the only problem is I'm unable to see the dell boot logo on my screen I'm using a dell 1909wb 1440p 75hz monitor and the optiplex is 5040 connection is via HDMI. If the monitor connected to the computer supports a higher resolution, VBIOS displays the logo in 800 x 600 resolution causing the Dell logo to look oval in shape. This is the normal behavior of the computer due to the limitation in resolution of VBIOS.

Jun 20, 2020 · The when I power the pc off again using Windows / Power Off the same thing happens again. If I select to power off and restart no problem either. I can get in to BIOS when it has been powered off and I switch it back on again but when I select to Exit BIOS setting and start up same thing again - it gets stuck on Dell logo.

Jul 5, 2018 · Dell desktop stuck at the Dell logo So last night my friend was using my computer and when he turned it off, instead of shutting it down, he just held the power button to force the machine off. Now everytime I boot it up it gets to the Dell logo screen and just stays there.

XPS15 9500 turns on, shows DELL logo, then turns off.
Aug 21, 2024 · Once turned on, the DELL logo shows and then, after maybe 2 seconds, the laptop automatically turns off again. I’ve tried entering UEFI but with no luck. This includes pressing F2 as well as holding the function key and pressing F2. Nothing happens and, each time, the laptop automatically turns off after about 2 seconds.
