May 15, 2021 · All updates to games on Playstation and Xbox have to be approved by Sony and Microsoft (and the same for Nintendo on their consoles), not just new releases but even minor bug fixes. That process takes time and has to be paid for so it's likely it would slow down the release schedule and bug fixes and could get expensive.

Mar 2, 2019 · I do enjoy Guild Wars in PC, admittedly, I enjoyed GW1 far more than 2, but to sit in a recliner and play GW sounds great. It can be done with PC, but not as easily. Plus they are a great company, much more experienced than the devs (without sounding rude to BDO devs) they did it pretty quickly.
